On the 23rd May 2015, we had the pleasure of Aimee and Tom joining us at Wilkswood after their ceremony at St Georges, Langton Matravers. Set in the beautiful rolling hills of Purbeck, there was a relaxed country feel to the day. Robin Goodlad from Robin Goodlad Photography captured the day so beautifully and his images show just how much everyone enjoyed themselves.
The sun shone all day for the newly weds and their guests as they partied on through the night, with the sun setting over the scenery. We absolutely loved the idea of a Land Rover as the wedding car, and wellies for the arrival at Wilkswood. The catering on the day by Fish Face was extremely tasty as always and the pizza in the evening by Jalopy Pizza went down a treat unsurprisingly. The amazing wood wedding cake was made by Aimee’s mum and the gorgeous selection of other cakes crafted by Katie at Lullubelles.
All of the little touches that went into this wedding made it so unique and stunning. See the pictures for the beautiful story of Mr and Mrs Wood.
The spread of food was amazing throughout the day.
The Camelot marquee looked stunning against the backdrop of countryside
And the guests made the most of the outdoor space!
A beautiful wedding for a beautiful couple. Congratulations Mr and Mrs Wood.
