& Styling SERVICES
Planning a wedding can be enjoyable but also incredibly stressful. That’s what we are here for – to take the pressure off of you and to deliver the wedding day you’ve dreamt about. Every wedding we plan is different and a perfect reflection of the couple getting married. We’ve organised castles, marquee weddings, and helicopters, mariachi bands and ceilidhs, singing waiters and fireworks.
We’ve got the experience, contacts, creativity and unflappable nature needed for your day to run smoothly. We work closely with venues across Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Surrey and East Devon, and are the recommended wedding planners at a number of venues. We also own The White Chair Company, luxury furniture and tableware hire company.

Plan as you go
A block of our time to help you where you need it most
Couples who like the idea of a “Wedding PA” service with us working away in the background. Purchase our time in blocks starting with 10 hours and add more as you need it. Use us as and when you need us, e.g a brainstorming meeting at the beginning to get you started, or pull us in when you get stuck on a particular element of planning.
This could be in person or at the venue or via phone or video meeting - to suit you and your location. Maybe use us on the day just for styling or setting up the venue.
Great for couples who don’t necessarily want or need us all the time or for the whole day. Good for couples who want to have a large amount of involvement or pick and choose the bits they want to do themselves.

You don't necessarily want or need our assistance all the time, or for the whole day
You want to have a large amount of involvement, or pick and choose the bits you want to do yourselves
The Final Month & Wedding Day Management
Our time from a month prior to your wedding
We start with an initial consultation where we sit down with you and go over all the plans you have made so far and details of all your chosen suppliers. We will then make contact with all your suppliers and take over the reins from this point up to and including the wedding day itself. This allows you to take a little step back in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding – allowing you to enjoy the build up and not get stressed with all the final details your suppliers will want to know in the final few weeks.
We can identify any areas which have been forgotten about and quickly deal with them for you. We will build a detailed time schedule for the day and circulate to your suppliers so they all know how the day is going to work out.
On the day you will have us there to support you throughout the day. All those final set up tasks and worries - leave them to us. We will be there throughout the day to ensure the day runs smoothly and all your chosen suppliers are managed and have that "go to" person without you being disturbed or worried.

You know you will get stressed as the big day draws near
You feel you would need our support to set up your venue on the day and manage the wedding day for you
Partial Plan / 3 months & Wedding Day Management
A tailored service for us to step in part way along your planning
This service sits nicely between a full plan and our smaller 'Final month and on the day management' service and it gives you three months of support. Most couples choose to use that time with a month of support on the outset and then the final two months leading up to the wedding, but it's fully flexible.
This package also includes all the elements from the 'On the day management' service so we are on hand throughout the wedding day itself to manage the day and support you.
Ideal for you if:
You are busy / time-short and are looking for more support and help than just the final month
You have already chosen your venue and suppliers are part-way through your planning
You feel like you need support early on to get you started and you'll want to be able to call on us if needed for other bursts of support
Full Wedding planning
Our most popular service and the best way to experience the full effect of our knowledge and expertise
Come to us right from the beginning of your planning journey.
We support you and guide you throughout. This is a comprehensive service and you will be completely looked after at every step of the way.
This service includes full wedding design / styling advice and recommendations, budget management, supplier communication and management, assistance with stationery design and wording and RSVP management. It also includes your wedding planner being with you throughout your wedding day as with our On The Day service.

You would like our assistance from the very beginning of your wedding planning journey, through to your special day
You live overseas or not in the area of where your venue is located
You like the idea of having our team's expertise in helping you choose the perfect venue and suppliers, using your budget wisely
