Venue Management & Consultancy

It was a natural progression for us to develop the business further and we launched our very own venue in 2011. We successfully managed that venue for 8 years - winning regional and national awards and operating up to 60 weddings a season. As a result of that success, other venues and potential venues wanted to share in our experience and success and assist them with managing their own venues - or helping them to start one from scratch. So - our Consultancy and Venue Management arm to the business was born. 

Over the past 10 years we have helped set up and launched numerous venues and our services are then often sought after to help manage the wedding bookings. We can put a small team in to manage weddings for a venue - which is often more cost effective and manageable than bringing in your own staff "on the books".
We have launched and managed country houses, venues with land who are purely marquee based and a stunning Dorset vineyard.

We have also worked in a consultancy / advisory capacity to various venues who have needed us to work with them behind the scenes to launch or to implement change to make their venue more efficient or to improve the customer journey.
